We will be performing emergency infrastructure maintenance to improve the resiliency of our network.
As part of this maintenance window, we will be migrating our primary BGP peering from our Kitchener Data Centre to our Toronto Data Centre.
Expected Impact
During the maintenance window, customers may experience a brief interruption to all network-connected services, including Internet connectivity, hosted infrastructure, cloud services, VPN connectivity, and other services that rely on our network.
Our engineering team will work to minimize the impact, and services are expected to be fully restored within approximately 15 minutes.
